Turn it Up!

Jam session review of the 5th October bash...

A cruisy affair: Seventeen Jammers managed to make such a godawful racket that the Management asked us to turn it down - a nonsensical request as we couldn't hear them at the time...

Raucosity: The following list of the guilty parties has been typeset in invisible ink,  - fill it in yourself if you feel so inclined.

"                , and             ,  and, quite probably,             "

We might try putting everything other than the saxes through the Mixer/PA, which should enable us to blame everything on the saxes thereafter...

Daylight saving... not. The iconic Annie avoided the debacle entirely and turned up for a pleasant chat before we all went home.

Of the singers: Jane Loved Being Here With You, and Buddy,  Let's Get Lost,   was as honey toned as ever.

As rarely happens, we had 2 flautists - Jeff and newcomer Tonino, lending a bit of musicality to the sesh.

Skin in the game: Mike Frost, Ashley and Andre rattled and tapped, and Mike on the congas was as close to real music as anyone got on the day...
